Yep, no carbs or booze until I crack 200lbs. Weighed 238lbs on Monday, 7/16/12 (alltime high), and as of this morning
I'm 229lbs, which means 9lbs in 7 days. Unfortunately, that means I just broke even over the weekend. This is not acceptable. I am now going into crazed, psycho weight-loss mode.
