Yep, no carbs or booze until I crack 200lbs. Weighed
in at 238lbs on Monday, 7/16/12 (alltime high), and as of this morning
I'm 230lbs, which means 8lbs in 3 days. I know this pace can't keep up, but I sure as hell hope it does. No booze or carbs is fucking murder!
