Yep, no carbs or booze until I crack 200lbs. Weighed 238lbs on Monday, 7/16/12 (alltime high), and as of this morning (Wednesday, 7/25) I'm 228lbs, which means 10lbs in 9 days, and no change from yesterday. Getting into that old, hardened, concrete fat now, and it's really putting up a fight.
C'mon, fat... GTFO!! I want my pizza and beer already!!!
