Fuck!
You know the routine by now... no carbs or booze until I crack 200 lbs. Weighed 238 lbs on Monday, 7/16/12 (all-time high), and as of this morning (Thursday, 7/26) I'm STILL 228 lbs, which means 10 lbs in 10 days, and AGAIN no change from yesterday. Getting into that old, hardened, concrete fat now, and it's really putting up a fight.
Today I'm going into super-mega-giant-over-the-top mode. I vow to anyone reading this that I WILL be 227 lbs or less by tomorrow morning.
